We currently only ship within the United Kingdom
It’s early days, so check back to see if that changes!
As we make some gifts in-house, and some are made and despatched by our trusted suppliers, orders may arrive separately.
Apart from the book, everything is made to order, so please allow 7-10 days for shipping.
Every care is taken to package your gifts with love and make sure they arrive with you safely.
Returns
If you have any problems with your order, please contact us in the first instance at anna@thispresentmoment.co.uk
Return Cost
If your product is faulty or damaged, we will pay for the cost of a return.
30 Days to Return
Once you have received your order, you have 30 days to contact us to arrange a return.
If more than 30 days have gone by since you received your item, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your order arrives either faulty or damaged, please contact us by the email address above, in the first instance, and we will work hard to put things right for you. Please include your order number and a contact phone number.
We’ll aim to sort out your replacement or refund (whichever you prefer and are entitled to), within 10 days.
Please note we only replace items that are faulty or damaged. We do not replace items for a different item, due to changes of mind.
