Where do you ship to?
I’m currently only shipping within the UK (it’s a Brexit thing!), however if you want to buy the Words Without Stories book, it’s available on Amazon, internationally.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping is available for the book and prints, but not currently for mugs.

Is next day delivery available?
Apart from the book, everything is made to order, so I have to thank you for your patience whilst your order is lovingly made and packaged. Because of this, we’re not able to offer next day shipping. However, everything is being shipped to you from within the UK.
Is Words Without Stories suitable for someone who is in the early stages of dementia?
I don’t think so. If someone can still follow a story, it would be too basic for them.
Is Words Without Stories suitable for children?
Absolutely! Whilst it was created for adults living with advanced dementia or other memory issues, there’s nothing in there that’s unsuitable for children, and could actually be a great way for children to spend time and interact with their loved with who is living with dementia.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe? Will the writing come off?
Yes, don’t worry, you can put them in the dishwasher without the wording fading away.
Do you offer framed prints?
No, the prints are all only available unframed, sized A3 or A4. They’re very sturdy and ready for you to frame yourself.
Can I come and collect my order?
Ordinarily no, as we don’t have a shop. But, if you were local to Bampton, West Oxon and wanted to pop in, I might make an exception.
